Responsibilities :
To manage major aspects of Operation finance planning, analysis and financial reporting process. Lead process for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting and Long term planning. Business Partner to drive Cost Management, Process Efficiency , Effectiveness & Strong Support to Manufacturing Sites . Understand and drive factors to improve cost and process . Activities may include, but are not limited to:
REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES :
- Oversee the efficient operation finance process and cost effectiveness of operations and supply chain finance programs.
- Manage the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports .
- Ensure that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable regulations, professional standards, and organization policies.
- Clear understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance related Process , identify the improvement areas in terms of process and cost
- Focus on complex planning issues around the Annual Operating Plan. Provide recommendations to management. Be a part of AOP
- Partner Capex Management & drive Business modeling for CAPEX projects, Analyze various options and assist management in decision making. Assist in the preparation of the - AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) with other functions. Ensure final analysis is complete and accurate.
- Partner with Ops/SCM/Indirect procurement team with financial analysis to help achieve savings through different sources.
- Manage the preparation of all reports related to new business opportunities; analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results and provide interpretative comments and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with the Business and Operations team to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Must be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant
- Must have 2 to 7 years finance or related experience
- Must have Min. 2 years of experience in Manufacturing industry
- Excellent Excel, Macro skills and Business Modeling
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or related field
