Roles and responsibilities:

As Assistant Manager / Manager the candidate would be expected to provide solutions to clients covering:

IT Governance

IT Strategy and IT Optimization

IT Organization Design

Enterprise Architecture

IT Portfolio Management

Application Rationalization

Ensure compliance with the firm's policies and guidance and adherence to professional standards.

Work with the team and the client with highest levels of quality and professionalism in line with the assignment scope

Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the professional methodologies, guidance and professional standards.

Review work on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Professional qualification MBA is preferable

Professional Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, TOGAF are highly recommended

Experience and Background

Extensive consulting experience in IT strategy, Operating Model design, EA, IT Governance and IT Program Delivery

Extensive experience in delivering large and complex IT transformation programs

Ability to perform IT assessments and building improvement plans/portfolios and able to convince, guide and advise CxOs on moving forward in latest IT trends.

Between 4-6 years of relevant consulting experiencing reputable consulting firm or big 4 firm

Ability to prepare and conduct presentations to clients.

Team player with the ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines.

A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.

Well, organized and client focused.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to receive and work on constructive feedback.

Previous experience in working with multicultural teams.

Good interpersonal skills and the willingness to accept challenges and responsibility.

Self-Starting & Dynamic Personality.

Sound communication skills in English, both written and spoken. The Arabic language is an advantage

Knowledge of Kuwait and GCC market is great advantage
