Shift Timings : US shift timings i.e. 2 - 11 pm. There will be flexibility on the timings during off peak days.

Minimum Qualification :

- CA / MBA with minimum 4 - 6 years experience in internal audits, SOX compliance / internal control testing (including planning, documentation and testing);

- Candidate should have relevant experience in Controllership during any point in his/her career

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, strong skills in project management and engagement closure, proficiency in Visio and MS Office.

Key Accountability / Job Description :

The candidate will be responsible for leading the compliance delivery for the Hbad centre. Below mentioned is a brief description of work which the person will be expected to do :

- Ensure consistency in design of controls, compliance with client's internal control framework

- Training all Genpact FTEs on SOX and specific process SOX controls and self-assessment procedure.

- Enable Genpact to confirm that it has operated all controls in accordance with the Client's Financial Control Framework for which Genpact is responsible for all processes functioning at all locations.

- Ensure implementation of Client's control environment including Self-Assessment procedure across all processes transitioned to Genpact

- Lead the self-assessment program across the process towers on monthly basis, record the results and communicate them to the client and have clear remediation plans for any control failures.

- Address queries received from various teams on compliance issues.

- Maintain adequate control documentation in a standard and format agreed with the client. They will also be required to operate a robust change control process for any change.

- Co-ordinate with Internal and External Auditors.

- Looking at an incumbent with good academic background and presentation, communication skills. Compensation will be industry competitive and will not be a constraint for the right fit.
