Ability to identify the gaps from SOP, Policies and procedures and report the discrepancies. 2) Execution of ICFR control testing & reporting the discrepancies thereon. 3) Hands on experience in discussing the audit issues with auditee, compile observations and report drafting. 4) Following up for implementation of audit recommendation. Updation of Internal audit observation tracker. 5) Should be aware of various department processes like OTC-AR, Capex, IT, Production, Procurement to pay, HR, admin etc. Skills required: 1) Hand on experience in SAP, expert in MS office. 2) Good communication skill both- written & verbal.
