- We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager/Assistant Manager with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions and be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, driving recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations.
- The role will focus on aligning HR practices with business goals and ensuring the well-being and development of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of skilled employees.
- Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in the manufacturing industry.
- Build relationships with technical schools and universities for workforce development.
Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive work environment and effectively handle employee grievances.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts.
- Foster employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and communication programs.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Develop leadership programs for supervisors and managers to align with business goals.
Compliance & Labor Laws:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of policies related to wages, working conditions, and employee rights.
- Manage audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Performance Management:
- Design and oversee the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with department heads to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation structures and incentive programs.
- Handle payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Evaluate and administer employee benefits to enhance job satisfaction.
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR metrics and analytics.
- Optimize HR processes through automation and digital tools.
- Collaborate with plant managers to address workforce planning and operational challenges.
Health & Safety:
- Promote a culture of safety and oversee compliance with occupational health standards.
- Conduct periodic training on workplace safety and emergency response.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and training programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g, HRIS, payroll systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
