Title : Manager / Assistant Manager - FP&A ( Captive Setup) - BPO / ITeS / KPO

Location : Gurgaon

Position Summary :

The Financial Analyst (Manager / Assistant Manager - FP&A) will be responsible for accurately forecasting and reporting by consistently updating our forecasting system and understanding company trends.

Essential Functions:

- Accurately updating and adjusting OneStream with regions forecast

- Understanding business trends and accounting

- Working with region analyst to understand major changes or adjustments that should be included in forecast model

- Creates weekly and monthly financial reporting

- OneStream data loads and import

Educational Qualification / Knowledge/ Skills:

- MBA / PG / CA / CPA / CFA with 5 to 8 Yrs of experience.

- Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

- Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software

- Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)

- Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts

- Familiarity with PowerBi is a plus

- Knowledge of finance principles, practices, regulations, and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be able to analyze and evaluate complex technical financial reports.

- Needs to consistently demonstrate initiative and work well in a team environment.
