Manager/Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI/BPO/KPO

The role requires strong understanding of planning & budgeting process, driver based forecasting models,restatements based on business restructure,understanding business with front to back view and specialist competencies to supervise, guide and impart work-based knowledge to the team.

The role requires incumbent to display analytical acumen, strong functional expertise to create end to end processes, actively lead performance improvement initiatives and establish strong communication with the stakeholders.

The role also requires to work with the Head of FP&A to establish and execute the strategic plan and direction for the team.

Looking for a candidate strong in MI, FP&A and analytics.

Preferably looking for CA/CPA/ICWA/CFA/MBA from Tier 1 & 2 colleges with strong proven track record of analytical/Interpersonal/ influencing skills and Stakeholder management.
