Manager/Assistant Manager - Finance - Real Estate Tech Startup

It is an investor oriented real estate technology company which democratises real estate by providing a transparent investment process by running a predictive algorithm based on big data analytics and stringent financial evaluation to identify the CRE properties.

Founded in 2020 by a team with global experience, this company has presence in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru and has facilitated investments worth ?5Bn till date.

It is all set to change how India invests in commercial real estate.

As a Manager/ Asst Mgr - Finance, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.

What you will do :

- Work hand-in-hand with the acquisition team to structure and execute innovative investment products that are consistent with the Company ethos.

- Undertake financial due diligence for proposed investment opportunities to identify risks and accordingly formulate mitigation strategies.

- Have a strong understanding of the alternative investments segment (invoice bill discounting, revenue-based financing, Lease rental discounting, asset-backed leasing, Real estate SPVs, etc.

- Setting up and monitoring sops and best practices for post-investment management and reporting.

- Set up scalable checks and balances, SOPs, and processes to ensure accuracy and strict oversight

- Closely monitor the Company MIS and ensure performance is at par.

- Explore means to optimise expenses and revenues

- Set up processes and SOPs to enable scaling up of optimization strategies

What you need to have :

- CA with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.

- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Strong understanding of Company structuring, investment instruments (NCD, CCD, OCD, Preference Shares etc.), taxation, and regulatory framework.
