Finance Controller (Manager/Assistant Manager)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Must-Have :

- At least 2-5 years of proven experience with emphasis on FINANCE CONTROL

- Service industry background may be preferred

- Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Experience in controllership, closing & reporting & GST

- Good communication skills

- Need Someone with major experience in Finance Control

Duties & responsibilities :

- We are looking for a highly motivated Finance professional within our Finance department.

The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for preparing financial statements on a standalone basis as per IGAAP.

- Timely monthly hard closing and ensuring accuracy in accounting done.

- Managing audits, Co-ordinating and dealing with statutory auditors and internal auditors for providing data and schedules as required.

- Review of monthly closing activities like review of provisions, unbilled revenue, closing schedules etc.

- Reviewing reconciliations, aging and other financials data analysis and provide various monthly management reports.

- Review of fixed asset accounting (form Bill to reporting) including preparation of FA schedule.

- Preparation of financial data and other information as per requirements of various other departments.

- Knowledge of Income tax, TDS & GST.

- Conducting periodic reviews of GLs, and vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Provide support on projects and project team related query in relation to financials dimensions.

- Assisting Manager finance with maintaining records as per documented controls as per IFC

- Coordination with AP /AR and other functions for effective discharge of above duties
