Manager/Assistant Manager - Deal Pricing/Service Pricing

The Role:

DS - Manager/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform analytical reviews of client budgets and identify missing information.

- Prepare schedules for open issues and propose action plans to address shortfalls.

- Work with deal teams to use financial and commercial parameters to calculate price and margin using internal pricing tools.

- Assist deal teams in analysing risks, providing mitigation strategies, and identifying opportunities for all stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and understand the regulatory environment of each stakeholder.

- Coordinate with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legality in matters like resource transfers, asset purchases, and subcontractor management.

- Present financial analyses to Sales Leads, Finance Leads, and other stakeholders to influence deal shaping and decision-making.

- Escalate deals with poor financial metrics and work with teams to improve the financial attributes.

- Contribute to thought leadership and CDTS (Client Transaction Services) knowledge capital

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills to review client budgets and identify gaps.

- Expertise in financial costing, pricing, and deal shaping for large, complex deals.

- Proficiency in using internal pricing tools and financial models to calculate price and margin.

- Understanding of US GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.

- Ability to analyze financial risks and provide mitigation strategies.

- Experience in collaborating with tax and legal teams on financial, tax, and legal aspects of deals.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders and support decision-making.

- Knowledge of corporate finance strategies, including equity and debt financing techniques.

- Familiarity with accounting for business combinations, asset purchase or leasing, and revenue recognition.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), Commerce Postgraduates

8-12 years of experience
