Job Responsibilities:

- In this role he/she will be responsible to work on the SAP and Cost.

- Work with Team to identify challenges and contribute to provide deliverables by refining, analyzing and structuring relevant data. Test hypotheses to validate the root of business or technical issues and enable solution development under SAP.

- Perform various activities in SAP such as Costing Run, WIP Calculation and run, Variance Calculation, Process order Settlement, Running Allocation cycle, Activity rate planning, Depreciation Run and Analysis.

- Costing, Budgeting and variances of Factories/Sites/FG/SFG/Departments

- Overhead/Expenses allocation/absorption on Factories/Sites/FG/SFG/Departments and bifurcation of expenses in to variable, fixed and semi variable expenses.

- Develop SAP to create MIS for all cost centers and profit centers.

- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of all activities including Cost audit and preparing reports.

- Maintaining Cost Accounting System.

- Assisting in Month end closure of the trial balance and reconciliation of inventories.

- Conducts physical inventories verification.

- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.

- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products, services and locations.

Knowledge and Skills required:

- CA /CMA /ICWA /MBA in Finance with minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

- SAP FICO/MM/Logistics/WH/QM/S&M Certification is an added advantage

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

- Expertise on MS office

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary/ diverse teams and organizational skills are a must.

- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and logical reasoning skills to effectively mitigate concerns and should be inquisitive and eager to acquire new skills

- Excellent motivational skills, ability and attitude to enrich/upskill the team's knowledge continuously.

- Experience in working in a manufacturing organization. Knowledge and awareness in order to invoice. Medical devices/Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.

- Willingness and ability to go beyond the defined job role and responsibilities.
