Our client is looking for Manager / Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits who will be reporting to CHRO. The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011 by 3 IITians, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.
JOB PURPOSE :
- The purpose of this role is to implement compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with the organizations overall strategic objectives and vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contributing to the development of compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and deep understanding of the company's pay structure (market position, salary range, pay mix analysis, bonus plans)
- Design and implement salary scheme, compensation and benefits policies for the organization
- Conduct job evaluation
- Co-ordinate and deploy annual salary review, bonus payout processes through the organization
- Assist to design and deliver retention plan / schemes
-Participate in Annual compensation and benefit surveys
- Analyze data from surveys- results to let the senior management understand the company's position in the market in term of compensation & benefits
- Identify and implement employees- benefits according to company policies
- Ensure the implementation of corporate pay philosophy
- Assist in establishing budget for remuneration

Desired qualification and experience :
- Graduate. PG preferred
- 7 to 10 years

- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), HRMS systems.
