Global Finance Centres (GFC) provides a variety of financial support services to business partners.
Group Regulatory and Regional Regulatory is responsible for producing the Capital structure and RWA disclosures in the Annual Report & Accounts and for meeting all Pillar 1, Pillar 3, RWA Stress Testing and Regulatory MI Reporting requirements under CRD IV
Principal Account abilities KPI and Targets :
Service Delivery :
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting /RWA/ Capital
- Hands on experience in RWA Production (Adjustments, Reconciliations, Review and Commentary)
- Experience of working in a cross functional environment and managing some aspects of it.
- Experienced in working in global set up and meet competing deadlines.
- Understand and support in documentation of global Regulatory data requirements for Reporting
- Ensure ongoing reporting and analysis support for seamless service delivery of global Regulatory Reporting reports to various onshore partners to agreed service levels
- Provide assistance to the onshore team in preparation of templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the PRA, and other internal customers specific to capital schedules.
- Timely submission of monthly and quarterly returns by sites to Regulatory Reporting
- Timely submission of monthly and quarterly returns to the PRA via the group & Regional regulatory teams
- Timely preparation of other analysis requested by internal customers

- Effectively drive change and achieve cross-training
- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy under pressure is important as during the reporting periods the team is required to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work in an efficient manner.
- Ensure seamless delivery on all the process level activities within timelines and maintain high quality standards. Focus on controls and continuous process improvements.
- Understand Business Partner expectations / requirements ensure alignment to GFO objectives and deliver. Manage / Support business partner relationship effectively.
