Manager/Assistant General Manager - Car Parking Systems

We're looking for a specialist who has experience in procurement and design coordination for car parking systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Car Parking System Design: Work with design and engineering teams to develop automated and mechanical car parking solutions, ensuring optimal space utilization and compliance with project requirements.

2. Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution of car parking system installations.

3. Vendor & Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for parking system components, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective solutions.

4. Client Coordination & Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients and architects to finalize parking system designs, addressing site-specific challenges and technical modifications.

5. Site Readiness & Installation Coordination: Assess site conditions, plan installation schedules, and coordinate with on-site teams for seamless execution.

6. Budgeting & Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, negotiate with vendors, and ensure procurement aligns with budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.

7. Quality Control & Compliance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures for parking system components, ensuring adherence to safety and industry regulations.

8. Process Improvement & Innovation: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

9. Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide technical guidance for resolving site installation issues and system performance concerns, coordinating with vendors and design teams.

10. Final Handover & Client Satisfaction: Ensure smooth project handover, address final punch points, and coordinate maintenance planning to deliver a fully operational car parking system.
