Asset Operations:
Loan Disbursement and Documentation:
- Supervise the loan disbursement process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Oversee the documentation of loan agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of loan disbursements and related documentation.
Asset Quality Management:
- Monitor the performance of the asset portfolio and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and defaults.
- Review and analyze asset quality metrics, including NPA (Non-Performing Asset) ratios.
- Implement measures to improve asset quality and recovery efforts.
Collections and Recovery:
- Prepare and maintain complex structured finance repayment schedules.
- Develop and execute effective collections and recovery strategies.
- Lead a team responsible for recovering overdue payments and managing distressed assets.
- Liaise with legal and recovery agencies as necessary.
Treasury Operations:
Liquidity Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing investments and funding sources.
- Ensure adequate funds are available to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze cash positions and financial investments.

Banking and Treasury Relationships:
- Oversee relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other treasury service providers.
- Execute and manage treasury functions, including bank transactions, investments, and risk management.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to address regulatory matters and changes.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within asset and treasury operations.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the asset and treasury operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and support professional development.
- Chartered Accountant. MBA or relevant professional certifications.
- 2-3 years of experience in NBFC operations, including asset management, treasury, and collections, with a proven track record of managing loan portfolios and treasury functions.
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Work Environment:
This role typically operates in an office environment. Some travel may be required for meetings, inspections, or field visits.
