Job description :

- Evaluating a proposal prior to acquisition

- Conducting Pre-Investment Due-diligence & Credit appraisal for assets.

- Formulating & managing strategy to optimize returns on the investments

- Due diligence prior to acquisition of NPA

- Acquisitions of assets across multiple industries

- Formulating and implementing resolution strategy for recovery of dues based on restructuring and recapitalisation

- Developing an understanding of resolution based on various legal routes available

- Monitoring the investment portfolio.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with seller banks for asset acquisition

- Assist in achieving business plan and financial goals of the organisation
