Role Overview:

The Asset Procurement (Capex) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of assets for new store openings, renovations, and major capital projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management to optimize procurement processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for capital expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and budget.

- Manage the procurement of equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other assets required for new QSR locations and existing store refurbishments.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best value while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating long-term contracts and resolving any vendor-related issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and project management, to forecast and plan asset requirements.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, cost variations, and emerging suppliers.

- Monitor and control procurement costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation and records of all transactions.

- Track and report on key performance metrics, analyzing data to make informed procurement decisions and drive continuous improvement.
