Manager - Asset Management

Asset Management:

- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.

Sales MIS Review & Reporting:

- Regularly review Sales MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

- Analyze sales trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.

- Ensure timely submission of MIS by the respective teams and escalate delays/issues as necessary.

- Develop detailed reports for Director highlighting asset performance, risks, and opportunities.

Project Monitoring:

- Review with supporting documents and approve day to day expenses (As provided by the management related to other then construction and approval cost)

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with plans.

- Liaise with Technical team to update the technical part of the report

Financial Management:

- Review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct regular financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
