Profile: Asset Management - Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

This profile is an integral part of the Asset Management function which is responsible for reviewing and supervising all operational hotels in the portfolio covering Operating/P&L performance, property maintenance, ensuring implementation of key strategic initiatives to improve performance as well as working on annual budgets, regular forecasts, maintaining database of financial and non-financial information, and working on the PR and Marketing plans for the hotels. This profile also assists the development function responsible for portfolio expansion by acquiring new properties and strategizing business plan of the organization.

Hotel Performance Reporting:

- Track KPI's, create performance dashboards and MIS, Performance Presentations.

- Annual Budget Approval Process:

- Working with Senior Asset Management Team to review revenue and costs, markets factors and demand and supply which would help in assessing the performance expectations for the coming year.

Database Management:

- Creating a database of financial and non-financial information received from the property on monthly and quarterly basis to establish trends and add value to the asset value.

Market Assessment:

- Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel markets and submarkets associated with the portfolio.

Monitoring the Public Relations:

- Analyse the marketing, branding, and positioning statement for the hotels in coordination with the operating partner "Accor" and the larger company (IGH) across media platforms to deliver best medium to long term brand visibility and end user outreach. Additional task of working on pre-opening sales and marketing plan of upcoming hotels.

PR & Marketing:

- Partner with external PR agencies to coordinate story placements and secure media coverage. Collaborate directly with the CEO on crafting stories that highlight company achievements and vision including in-house magazines. Working closely with Accor Marketing team on new hotel launches.
