Manager - ARU Business Intelligence - BFSI

Manager - ARU BI (3-6 yrs)

Duties And Responsibilities :

Own the Business Intelligence responsibility within the ARU unit

- Responsible for EMI Card Activation & Repeat Usage insights across CD, LSF, Digital & REMI businesses

- Responsible for supporting Market Solicitation & Retailer Activation programs across all of the above businesses

- Responsible for creating and driving world class BI reporting for EMI Card franchise for all types of Emi Cards (Including Co-branded, NTB, DDF EMI Cards)

- Analyze EMI Card usage data to identify trends and insights to help drive activation across new and existing EMI Card base

- Provide daily support to ARU teams for On going offers, Early Activation, Vintage Activation and Repeat Usage campaigns

- Ensure right base to drive campaign efficiencies & conversions

- Think & implement data enhancement programs for EMI Carded base

Required Qualifications :

- Post Graduate in Management/ Economics/ Statistics from a premier institute

- Preference will be given to candidates from Top Tier institutes

- 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role

- Must be familiar with statistical software tools such as SAS, Stata, SQL, SPSS

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
