Manager Applications & Projects

- B. Tech/MCA from Reputed Institute.

- 8+ Years of experience into IT Application/ Project Management.

- Open to Relocate and work at Calicut

- Experience in Hospital / Healthcare

- Other Industry Exposure ; (Retail / Service Industry)

- Strong Verbal/ Written communication.

- Strong Experience in IT Applications & Project Management (Digital Transformation)

- Knowledge of Hospital / Healthcare IT Applications (HIS/EMR) shall be preferred.

- Early Joiners shall be preferred

- The incumbent must have a broad knowledge of Technology Applications & Program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates.

- The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible to overall handle the Technology application & associated projects for the entire business.

- Responsible for initiating and setting goals for programs according to the strategic objective/priorities of the organization.

- Cross-functional collaboration with different functions, strategic partners, Doctors. Leadership team and other stakeholders in the hospital.

- Responsible for planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.

- Responsible for the Program management in Healthcare, HIS Development, Video /Tele Consultation and EHR Implementation experience.

- Responsible for the strong internal communication with stakeholders for the prompt updates on the progress of strategic projects.

- Responsible for the assessment of Project updates, Risks, and overall contract management for various projects.

- Responsible to drive the e-ICU and home care initiatives is an additional advantage.

- Responsible to supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.

- Responsible to discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.

- Ensure the program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

- Responsible for Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

- Manage program and build and manage project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Responsible to take new projects /initiatives /assignment (Periodically) as per organizational environment.

- Exposure to Tertiary Care/ Secondary Care and Primary Care Models using HIS/EMR system like IQVIA/ Akhil and e-ICU systems like cloud physician will be an added advantage.
