Our client is India's best budget hotels chain. Already at 125+ locations across 15+ cities, the company is on track to be India's largest chain of modern, tech-driven hotels that deliver a standardized, consistent & value-for-money hotel stays to travelers across India.

The company was born in a response to the need for reliable and value-for- money accommodation by travelers and now is being touted as a key player in the budget hospitality sector. It has received a whopping 8 million dollars in its first round of funding from some of the largest global venture capital firms.

The company is founded by entrepreneurs who are veterans in the world of start-ups and have previously been involved in establishing a leading online ecommerce brand which was recently acquired by a major Indian conglomerate. The founders are alumnus from the Wharton Business School and IIT (Guwahati), they have already left their competitor hotel chains behind this financial year and are on track to become the leading budget hotel chains in India.

As a Senior Analyst/Manager- App Marketing, you will be responsible to drive new customer acquisition and revenue through the mobile app. The key aspects of the role include:

- Leading mobile marketing - app installs/ user acquisitions, transactions and retargeting

- Managing monthly, quarterly and annual new user acquisition targets

- Driving app user engagement and retention and revenue growth from mobile channels

- Understanding and managing customer experience on Mobile App

- Driving app strategy and app analytics (eg. CPA, return rates & LTV of app user)

- Driving a cohesive mobile strategy jointly executed by product, marketing, and other stakeholders

- Working closely with development and product teams for new feature developments

- Leveraging market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with appropriate channels and messages, and ensuring creative validation through testing

- Tracking and reporting on performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimise ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between all CPA-based activities (paid marketing, partnerships/co-marketing, referrals, and promotions)

- Driving organic and inorganic downloads- Reducing the cost of mobile user acquisition

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate /PG only from Tier 1 College preferred

- Demonstrable experience of 1-3 years in mobile/ app marketing, driving fast user growth for a direct-to-consumer product/service

- Successful track record in online acquisitions marketing, working with aggressive CPA and revenue goals

- Working knowledge of mobile tools such as Adjust, Apsalar, AdX, Apps Flyer, etc.

- Understanding of the local digital and offline media landscape

- Strong skills in planning multichannel ROI optimisation, analytics etc.

- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

- Organized, creative and critical thinker

- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure

- Excellent Communication Skills
