An analytics role supporting the Sales Force Effectiveness team in several initiatives to improve top line of Abbott Healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities -
i) Support short-term analytical projects from concept to design and implementation
ii) Incentive design and analytics
iii) Target setting
iv) Field performance reporting
v) Execution analytics
Based on the individuals aptitude and performance the person could grow in to a broader SFE role involving driving change management initiatives for businesses
Critical Attributes: Customer Orientation, Flair for technology and Automation, Communication, Collaboration, Comprehend Testing Scenarios for new modules.
Experience & skills: At least 2 years experience in Consulting/Analytics /sales operations with strong skills in Excel, VBA, SQL) etc.
