Analytics Manager(Retail/CPG)
- The hired candidate will be responsible for building and leading high-performance teams and will partner with multiple departments, including Global Marketing, Merchandising, Global Technology, and Business Units.
- Plan and coordinate solution deployment with global stakeholders and keep track of solution artefacts for deployment across all functions
- Work with business/function stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations on timelines for solution deployment, new features, and bug fixes
- Facilitate agile execution of solutions with stakeholder-focused delivery and enforce discipline within the team to follow the plan
- Generate innovative solution options leveraging agreed set of design principles to support analytical analysis
- Structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses and bring clarity to previously undefined problems
- Perform and comprehend root cause analyses to resolve issues and have clear understanding of processes, data, and reports
- Ensure people utilization, align with procedural controls, and adhere to SLAs
- Implement various strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures to help enhance the productivity, efficiency and quality of services delivered
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or any quantitative domain/MBA/MS or related discipline
- 7-11 years of experience with at least 6 years managing large teams, maintaining analytics services portfolio(s) and delivering projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs in the department
- Knowledge of Functional Analytics (Supply chain analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics)
- Knowledge and ability to conduct statistical modelling using Analytical tools (R, Python, KNIME, etc.)
- Knowledge of big data technologies and framework (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Ability to delivery, strong disposition towards business and strong interpersonal communication
- Individual must be organized, dependable, able to multi-task and manage priorities, display initiative, and must have the ability to lead teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment
