Manager - Analytics/Predictive Modeling - Retail/CPG Domain

A client of Asterion- Data Analytics solutions and service provider is looking for a Manager for their expanding team in the Retail/ CPG Analytics.

As a Manager you would be responsible for :

- Leading the solution development and implementing advanced analytical approaches across a variety of projects.

- Develop analytical approaches to problems and lead a team of analysts for delivering projects on time and as per client and senior management expectations.

- Manager and lead a team of 4-10 members.

Skills required:

- 8+ years of work in statistical modelling or business analysis roles

- Experience in Channel sales analytics or customer analytics

- Experience should include hands-on delivery of projects in analysis and statistical modeling/predictive modeling with tool expertise in R/ Python.

- People management experience.

- Experience in handling large volume of data and generating meaningful insights out of it that are actionable.
