Manager - Analytics - Modeling + Visualization - KPO

We are hiring for one of the leading KPO'S for Manager-Analytics (Modeling+Visualization)

Solution Designing

- Understand the business needs of the client and accordingly design the most effective visualisation solution using technologies suitable to the end users (e.g. web, mobile, app and print)

- Make information easy to understand by designing and producing meaningful and effective data visualisations using relational and aggregate data sources

- Create interactive visualisations to allow users to ask and answer questions using off-the-shelf BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) or open source (Shiny, ggplot, D3.JS, etc.) Internal Consulting

- Responsible for improving visual design capabilities throughout data analytics

- Conduct training and develop training modules at an organisational level

- Participate as a member of the delivery team as the BI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

- Have sound understanding of various data visualisation tools/platforms available and be able to convince clients on what would work best in their scenario Project and Client Management

- Independently manage multiple projects of varying complexities, and ensure the best quality under the given timelines

- Act as the SME on various BI projects to provide design support (best way to represent data) and technology support (tools to use)

- Conduct sanity checks based on reasoning and experience to ensure that deliverables are client ready

- Be a part of deliverable discussions with clients over telephonic calls and engage with them as a thought partner for their BI challenges Thought Leadership

- Keep a pulse on the latest developments in the world of data visualisation

- Attend and present at conferences and disseminate useful knowledge to the larger data analytics team

- Write thought leadership pieces on data visualisation, and emerging trends and technologies
