Job Description:-

- Handling Role & Career Management reports as per the management needs.
- Budgeting and Forecasting of sales.
- Involved in preparation of various reports like daily & weekly status reports, Sales Reports, Global Headcount Utilization reports, Global DSR various region allocation reports.
- Co-ordination with SMs, ZSMs, ASMs and RSMs.
Roles & Activities :
- Conceptualize, design and implement MIS reports as required by management information needs.
- Day to day follow up and coordination with different teams to ensure timely flow of MIS.
- Work with business units/Project Manager to design and develop solutions to key business problems.
- Responsible for Preparation & maintenance of the MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly metrics.
- Providing information in a concise and simple way to Senior Management and the wider audience.
- Thorough, diligent and executing the tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Weekly & Monthly Quality analysis of the process.
- Good hands on with Excel tools like V-Look up, H-Lookup, Pivot charts, Macros and Graphs.
- Analyse the data and help the business use the same for decision making.
- Generation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports as per agreed standards and timelines
- Provide Training to the Sale Executives as well Direct line Managers about the reporting tool Software for Daily sales report and Sales coordination management.
- Provide administrative & secretarial support to management.
