Analytical arm, Marketing Sciences Group, is looking for candidates who have a passion and desire to work in marketing analytics space. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing medium-/large-sized teams, and delivering quality service to large clients.
Responsibilities -
Title: Job Description - Manager
- Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients and/or additional scope of work from existing clients - Build relationships with internal and agency stakeholders within client account(s)
- Be the escalation point for all strategic matters within the assigned client account(s)
- Act as key interface between the client/global/regional teams and all relevant divisions under direct supervision - Manage a team of leads, analysts, and associates, and overseeing their day to day management
- Evaluate clients- business situations and implements appropriate analytics approach
- Ensure that our work delivers against our clients goals and objectives without compromising on quality of work delivered
- Accountable for efficient use of resources working on the individual engagements, ensuring that team resources are being utilized at capacity to provide value to the engagement.
- Maximize account profitability by managing client expectations and providing superior service within approved scope of work
- Conduct business reviews to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivered by the team
Required Skills -
- 10+ years of experience in media/analytics/marketing services
- Previous experience working in account management role
- Experience in working as part of a global team (offshore-onshore model) - Strong relationship building skills, which include maintaining positive client and vendor relationships
- Strong management skills and a natural lead and motivator of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure - Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail
- A positive attitude that is key to success
- Resourceful and self-motivated
