Manager - Analytics - FinTech/NBFC

We are looking for:

Manager Analytics for a leading Fintech, NBFC

Location : Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strategize and plan growth/profitability opportunities with product, marketing, category, Sales teams

- Lead a team of 6-8 analysts

- Provides recommendations on product launch strategies

- Monitors product performance

- Analyses market data, trends, and behaviors'

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong analytical Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics

- Hands on experience is preferred

- Proficient in MS Office and database programs

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
