- Your key role will be to support our client's Global FS (Banking and Insurance) sector and key FS accounts with sales enablement activities and insights (main user group: senior leadership from our client's Global FS sector and FS accounts)
- You will need to do this by helping global FS leadership drive 5-8 small communities of FS account representatives, each focused on a specific client theme or issue area.
- You will be supported by a multi-capability cluster (team) of 8-10 people and you will be responsible for the quality of their output, their performance management, upskilling and career development.
- Your key deliverable will include key sales insights customized for each of these themes. These deliverables will be prepared by you and your team by gathering and analyzing data and information from multiple internal sources (revenue plans, revenue accrued, sales pipeline, etc,), external sources (free Internet, proprietary content libraries) and your/your team's innate knowledge of the sector and domain.
- Your key KPIs will include, among others, the depth of the insights you deliver and the quality of conversations you drive with your users and the way you constantly upskill your team to add stronger value.
Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions of investment banks; with and MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college.
- Prolonged exposure to tracking and analyzing the FS industry (banking and/or insurance)
- Experience of working within a dynamic offshore environment with global teams across different time zones
- Strong research skills in the Financial Services domain (specialization in banking preferable)
- Very strong data interpretation and analysis. Understanding of/proficiency with visualization platforms such as PowerBI will be an added advantage.
- Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong project/program management skills
- Experience of managing small to medium sized teams
