Your Part:
- You will identify, develop and deliver key analytics projects that will make a significant impact to the company and eCommerce in India.
- You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to design and define performance metrics and goals
- You will be responsible for modeling complex problems and processes using various analytical tools and methods
- You will work with different lines of business to problem solve, measure and track suitable metrics for efficiency and effectiveness

Your Array (Nice to Haves) :
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Hands on: BI tools (Cognos, BO, Pentaho, Qlikview), Web analytics tool (GA, Omniture etc), Statistical tools (R, SAS etc)
- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
- A penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.
- Prior experience in Trust, Risk Management or User related domains is a plus
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance
- Strong background of working on analytical tools like R, SAS, SQL and Excel
- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts
- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner
You (Must Haves):
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- You have 7+ Years of experience in relevant role
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Technical capabilities: SQL, Excel and Scripting Language.
