Manager - Analytics Delivery - Services & Solutions Firm

An Analytics services and solutions company in Bangalore is looking for Manager's for their growing and expanding analytics delivery team.

As a Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Liaison with internal teams and external clients in translating the business problem to an analytical one.

- Solve complex business problems with specific focus to drive robustness of the solution

- Have a real opportunity to expand your skill-set and get exposed to the latest advances in data science

- Work with teams of smart collaborators. Be responsible for their appraisals and career development.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in analytics with minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL and R or Python.

- Hands on experience in solving structured/unstructured problems by applying statistical techniques and/or machine learning methods

- Data visualization using different tools like tableau, spotfire or PPT

- Experience in managing the team with demonstrated capability to motivate, influence and coach/mentor

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into an analytics problem statement.
