1. Skills : Expert in SAS, good knowledge of SQL

2. Business domain knowledge :

a. Must have experience working in defining Credit Card Debt Collections strategies. Should be able to : identify which individuals to approach for optimal collections outreach, have understanding of what - hardship- programs are.

b. Must be aware of Credit Cards Risk Terminology : Should be able to recall what these terms are : interchange rate, APR, balance transfer, DPD, roll rates

c. Good to have : Should have worked on Credit Line Increase/Decrease programs

3. The Role : The individual will be leading a team of 3 analysts & will be interacting with US based clients on a daily basis. He will need to work on Credit Card Collections programs & present results
