Manager - Analytics/Consulting - Retail/CPG - IIM/ISI/ISB

A leading Analytics Consulting firm is looking for analytics experienced professionals for their Retail/ CPG business.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible to :

- Convert business briefs into analytical requirements through a consultative and problem solving approach

- Works with the Analysts teams to formulate a strategy to derive findings from the data

- Takes findings and conclusions to the next step by stitching together a "story" that reflects the current business scenario and answers the "So what?" behind the business question

- Delivers Customer Delight by exceeding customer expectation on timelines and quality of work on a consistent basis

- Successfully builds 'rapport' with the client and becomes the client's 'trusted advisor'

- Mentors team members to help them achieve their potential

- Establishes new best practices in delivery processes & institutionalizes them

Skillset Required :

Experience : 5-10 years in managing client's and teams independently.

Education : B.Tech/ Master in Statistics/ MBA from Teir 1 Institute only

Technical Skillset : Excel Intermediate, Basic SQL, SAS, / Python/R

- Excellent Communication Skill

- Past experience with CPG or Retail is an added advantage
