Manager Analytics for an MNC BPO in Hyderabad.

Job Description :

Retrieving and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, and other data management systems.

Develop queries for ad hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting

Network and coordinate across teams to create data infrastructures and reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.

Own regular reports and metrics for all of bad debt to ensure that they are completed timely and accurate.

Assess and continuously improve the reporting processes, including streamlining queries and optimizing the utilization of resources.

Desired Candidate Profile :

BE / MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field from Premier Institute like IIT / IIM, etc having 3 - 7 years of work experience in Analytics and currently working as a Manager.

A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations

Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance of existing systems and processes

Experience participating in global processes and supporting reporting across time zones differences

Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication

Specific data experience with analyzing bad debt risk across multiple transaction types

Advance knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, or other data management tools with prior data mining experience

Experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases.

Should be flexible to work in shifts.
