Job Description - Reporting in to the Vice President, you will:

- Understand client's business requirements in terms of analytical needs

- Manage a High class delivery team to deliver suitable ROI on analytical projects

- Provide thought leadership to projects and help develop solutions and deliver analytical outputs

- Contribute to Pre Sales through client interactions, consultative selling and proposal writing

- Contribute to Building the BFSI Analytics practice through on- going identification of new opportunities

- Work with Credit Bureau Data in India to build bureau based Analytics capabilities

- Mentor and groom junior consultants and analysts within the team.

The Successful Candidate - As the Successful Applicant, you will:

- Be an MBA/Masters from a Top Tier Institute in a quantitative discipline with relevant BFSI work experience

- Have 8 plus years' experience in handling BFSI analytics for large KPO's or banks in India or overseas

- Be highly analytical with experience of handling teams and clients

- Be a Self starter with high energy levels and have the ability to work in an unstructured environment

- Possess In-depth business & risk understanding

- Have good knowledge of SAS/ SPSS

- Possess the ability to understand BFSI business drivers

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
