Manager - Analytical Development & R&D Amsterdam Area, Netherlands
Job descriptions :
The candidate must accomplish all the duties relating to the analytical development activities of the research and development department, and should :
- Manager of Developing and validating methods for testing of new product
- Manager of Developing and validating test methods used in cleaning validation
- Gives the daily program of laboratory (RD)
- Preparing analytical method development, validation and test reports.
- Check all the analysis and the results (traceability of analysis), release the different results and Reviewing of specifications
- Writing/reviewing of SOPs :
- SOPs for how to proceed for development of a new test: impurities-assay of finished product /API- development of dissolution test-humidity test - stability testing- etc
- SOP for analytical validation procedure, integration of peaks in chromatography, risk assessment, interpretation of stability result.
- SOPs for Qualification of different equipments
- SOPs for validation microbiological analysis method, challenge test.
- Observing and complying with cGMP
- Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Training of analytical staff
- Follow and respect the Algerian regulatory
- Have a trial period for 90 days.
- The work hours are fixed as follows: from Sunday to Thursday (from 8h00 to 16h30)
- Give to the staff training which is in his charge.
- Manage and organize his team.
- Develop and finalize at least 10 products per year ready for the registration.
- Declare that he totally belongs to the stipulations set by the company intern regulation.
- Commit to execute the obligations related to his work station by acting with responsibility, discipline and commitment.
- The contracting commits to be totally available and exercise all of his professional activity for the account of NEOMEDIC Company, with the exception of all other professional activity, either it is full or partial time, except a special and written authorization from the company.
- Commit to defend the interests and the image of the company, and provide the necessary efforts regarding the achievement of the company's fixed objectives.
- Be required not to divulge information of professional order relating to techniques, analyze process, organization modes and generally, all intern documents in the company.
- Provide weekly and monthly report to the company manager.
- Accept all missions that the company may select to assist in case of organizing meetings, seminars, or exhibitions.
