- Plan and drive the Super Speciality, AMG and Electric vehicle for MB India across India (specific regions) so as to achieve the Business targets: Plan and strategize for AMG, Maybach and EV Cars in line with inputs from Sales Planning, Marketing and Product Management Study and analyse the market, key developments, competition, customer insights, etc. Provide support to the Franchise Partners in Super Specialty, AMG and Electric Vehicle Sales Work closely with the all FPs in managing the daily sales operations.
- Ensure compliance and reporting, and manage other administrative activities Coordinate for audits, ensure compliance to audit requirements for IMS and ensure closure of NCs Collaborate with other functions (Retail Sales, Marketing, Product, etc. Lead the Franchise Partner team to maximise the sales and achieve growth levels Plan and develop individual targets and objectives for team members, based on overall objectives; communicate the same to the team Monitor and regularly review activities of the team to ensure adherence to plan and achievement of targets, through daily, weekly and monthly meetings
- Ensure requisite processes, methods and techniques are understood and implemented by the team; plan for and provide training to the team members Conduct performance reviews for Franchise Partner teams and provide coaching and guidance, to maximise sales and enhance growth Ensure compliances are adhered to and training is imparted Additional requirements: Should have a passion for automobiles, understand & follow luxury trends and keen interest to interact and serve the highly influential segment of customers Should be forthcoming, dynamic and possess strong drive & energy.
