This position is responsible for all facets of Talent Acquisition activities.
- It is expected that this position will employ innovative sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to ensure is efficiently hiring the best possible talent for open vacancies as well as from a long-term pipeline building perspective.
- Work with senior leaders and Managers to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
- Work with vendors, Regional Human Resource partners to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys
- Work with business/functional Heads for workforce planning and budgeting for the year and ensure that hiring is as per agreed timelines and budget.
- Work with Vendors for Executive hiring.
- Collaborate with the regional HR team maintain consistent best practices and drive recruitment TAT.
- Set procedures for on boarding new employees including orientation tools and processes
