- Qualified MBA / CA / CWA / CPA / CIMA with 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis / Period-end close / Global Consolidation of a organization of similar scale

- Experience of working with audit firms with good track record or finance functions / / leading MNC/ Indian corporates / Industry organizations.

- Experience in Data crunching, analysis, modeling, managing Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss account, experience in regulatory reporting including SEC Reporting. IFRS / US GAAP knowledge, Control & Compliance.

- Ability to conceptualize, plan, lead and implement new MI functions for new business

- Ability to understand, map and change reporting process-flows

- Good communication and ability to interact with multiple employee levels/business partners, etc.

- Possess good analytical and lateral thinking skills.

- Should have demonstrated the ability of driving results

- Experience in using Excel and knowledge of Six Sigma
