Experience: 3 years to 10 years
Qualification: Graduate in any stream + MBA/ Post Graduate or Equivalent (Marketing/ Sales)
Industries Preference - Telecom, Travel, Insurance/Broking, automobile
Job Summary:
- The basic purpose of this role is to ensure the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy at the ground level.
Job Details:
1. To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and thereby promote Direct Sales/ B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Corporate Sales.
2. Generate new leads from various sources.
3. Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated.
4. Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance
5. Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and thereby retain them.
6. Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
7. Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
8. Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads.
9. Number, value and income target achievement.
