Manager - Alternate Channel Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer referral program - Expand Customer Referral existing program to all branches pan-India.
2. Launch Supplier Referral Program - Begin supplier referral program with a pilot and expand pan-India.
3. Manage rejected lead customer outreach - Expand current pilot program and implement outreach program that results in leads converting into logins.
4. Manage Top-Up Loans outreach - Monitor existing MSME 1 portfolio and actively reach out to pre-approved customers for Top-Up loans.
5. Short Term Lending Product - Monitor existing MSME 1 portfolio and actively reach out to pre-approved customers for the short-term loan product.
6. Responsible for launching and maintaining potential partnerships and tie-ups
