- Identifying new opportunities for alliances/partnerships by maximum coverage of Brands/Companies across Verticals & make them pulsing for net revenues for the company through SIS( Space), Branding(Assets) & Activations etc.(Non-Space)

- Manage & Deliver 100% TA & Alliance Assets - Alliance Space, Instore- Media Sales

- Handling existing & new vendors & strategic partners to retain existing & generate net revenue for the company

- Raising Invoices to all vendors, for existing within 2nd of Every month ( in Advance)

- Timely collection of Payments( within End of month) - 100% RO income is Prepay i.e. All rents, charges to be collected in advance before start of every month or any activity

- 100% collection of TDS

- Coordination with commercial department for revenue reports, payment collections and Amount Receivable (AR)

PROCESS :

- Income report - Monthly within 3rd of every Month to Regional Commercial

- Tracking availability of branding elements across stores

- Coordination with legal department for agreements

- Account Management with major Alliance partners

- Accommodation of elements through PR & coordination across Store team & related functional dept.

- Ensuring smooth implementation in terms of standards & timelines.

- To introduce new business models/activities/verticals that would drive long-term revenue.
