Job role involves areas include but are not limited to:
- Should have the ability to reach MODASTA target segment (Hospital chains, doctors, pharmacy chains, medical instrument agencies, insurance agencies)through strategic state/ national partnerships with business relevant organizations
- Increase Modasta's market power and penetration by creating and maintaining our Partner community, Alliance partners and Channel Partner through outreach activities.
- Develop various channel management incentive programs to encourage participation for partners as advocates than partners.
- Apply for, Co-ordinate and oversee execution of Marketing activities related to your Strategic Alliances, including events, email/telephone marketing and ROI calculations.
- Should have experience in developing a branding strategy and develop long term associations through innovative marketing techniques and propositions
- Should have excellent network in the healthcare sector.
- Should be able to provide business process innovations, access to new markets, risk mitigation, partner loyalty and services product portfolio management for Modasta.
- Should be able to develop a team, delegate responsibilities and drive accountability within the team.
Additional skills should include:
Technical:
- Excellent understanding of Target segment and market intelligence.
- Proven ability to offer a professional account management service to commercial partners and to build strong business relationships at all levels
- Experience in dealing with, and presenting to, senior-level personnel from major organization.
- Passion for sports and Entrepreneurial mindset.
- You should have a strong grasp of media planning principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office package and Outlook.
