- Collaborate with the leadership to maintain a portfolio of National alliances, which align with the Organisation's growth strategy,
- Customize / Leverage Alliance Based Offerings (ABO) and execute seamlessly to achieve Targeted Revenue & Growth targets,
- Manage alliance relationships throughout all stages - prospecting, negotiating, legal agreements, onboarding, tracking, reporting and optimizing the performance of alliances,
- Create mindshare with Alliance Partners
- Collaborate with alliance to create a joint go-to-market approach and marketing campaign, using dedicated marketing budgets,
- Enable target client teams (Client Lead Partners, Account Relationship Directors (ARD) and Account Managers) to execute the defined sales and delivery process for each targeted ABO

25 - 30 years
5 - 7 years
- Demonstrated experience at Relationship-based Business Development & Program management,
- Existing connects at CXO levels in relevant target industries like banks, corporates, etc.
- Outstanding written, presentation & communication skills
