Roles and Responsibilities :

- Influence business performance for the Capabilities and Solutions by managing Global collaborations.

- Collaborate with the leadership to maintain a portfolio of Global alliances, which align with the firm's strategy.

- Customize and leverage Alliance Based Offerings (ABO) and execute marketing materials.

- Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new alliances.

- Manage alliance relationships throughout all stages - tracking, reporting and optimizing the performance of alliances.

- Create mindshare with Alliance Partners and Capability Leaders, fostering the development and launch of co-branded collaborative offerings.

- Understand the solution stack of all alliances and map with the internal solution heat map.

- Engage global alliance partners to create co-branded solutions for India - new and ABOs and the development of India specific assets.

- Collaborate with alliance to create a joint go-to-market approach and marketing campaign, using dedicated marketing budgets.

- Determines best course of action on leads, opportunity management/pipeline and application of MarketEDGEwith critical handoffs to Alliance Management/Solution and Sales Development including Alliance Partner Sales teams.

- Enable target client teams (Client Lead Partners, Account Relationship Directors (ARD) and Account Managers) to execute the defined sales and delivery process for each targeted ABO.

People leadership :

- Foster and support a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative organizational culture.

- Position reports to the Head of Alliances and New Solutions.

- The individual will need to work closely with the Sector Leaders, the Capability Leaders and the COEs

Qualifications and Skills :

- Self motivated individual who will represent the firm with highest levels of professionalism

- Work experience of 8-12 years in the technology industry in alliance management preferred

- Demonstrated experience in strategy / sales programs desirable

- Existing connects at C level in the industry

- Outstanding written, presentation & communication skills

- Engineer and/or MBA or an equivalent preferred.
