Manager/AGM - Statistical Modeling - Telecom

We have exciting roles for Manager and Assistant General Manager with one of my telecom clients in Mumbai.

Please find the below details for the same.

Key Result Areas :

- Develop statistical framework for analytical driven business initiatives.

- Translate the business problem into statistical problem and give the corresponding understanding to the team.

- Develop analytical solution for business consumption.

- Develop operationalisation process for identified analytical solutions.

- Monitor & calibrate existing analytical processes.

- Co-ordinate with external & internal IT vendors and ensure that due diligence is maintained at the operational end in terms of quality & timings of their output.

Skills & Experience required :

- Strong analytical skills with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Statistical Modeling.

- SAS/Base SAS expertise.

- Development of Statistical Models - Propensity models, Cross Sell/Up Sell models, Segmentation.

- Should have experience in working on techniques like Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Linear & Logistic Regression, Cluster, Principal Component Analysis, Time Series Techniques, Link Analysis, Sequencing and Linear Programming.

- People Management experience

- Ability to develop statistical solutions by applying different techniques - Regression, factor analysis, clustering, targeting, decision trees, Forecasting, etc.
