- Responsible to firstly build the marketing plan for the division's launch. This includes long and short term plan based on consumer insights for brand building, packaging, innovation and activation.
- Carry out extensive study of shortlisted categories including competition.
- Manage product/brand profitability
- Successful execution of all strategy projects and brand activation plans.
- Brand profitability
- Work within budget constraints to deliver best in class ROI for all marketing investments
- Completely responsible end to end for all marketing work, including traditional & digital advertising, research, media and trade marketing. He or she is the voice of the consumer in the organization.
- Work along with SVP to develop the brand strategy from scratch.
- Initial experience in sales (2-3 years) and subsequently marketing (3-5 years) is a must have. Overall work experience of around 6-8 years. Most of it should be within packaged foods
