About the Role:
Job Description/Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential markets to launch new outlets - Screen & finalize the potential franchisee by analysing investment requirements, productivity potential, financials, franchise experience, and vision -
- Responsible for the launch and development of the franchise per the agreed terms and conditions
- Drive the team to meet set roll-out targets.
Requirements and skills:
- Selling: Concepts, Corporate Services, Marketing, PR
- Track Record: Go-Getter, must have persistence, result oriented and be able to achieve targets
- Outlook: Long-term career focus
- Technical: MS Office and Google B-Suite
- Franchising experience is preferred
Experience & Qualification Experience Required : 03 to 08 years in Retail, Food & Beverages, MedTech etc.
Education : Graduate / Post-Graduation in the relevant field
Location: Mumbai
Note: Designation will be allotted based on the candidate's work exp and CTC.
