Manager - Advisory Role - Insurance - Big4 Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/XLRI/TISS

This is an advisory role into Insurance Domain. Candidate must be well aware of underwriting & claims.

We are considering candidates only from premium B School or from Big 4 Consulting.

Job Role :

Client service delivery/execution

- Execute projects at times supporting multiple clients. Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients

- Manage client personnel

Knowledge Management

- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge

Network & Identify opportunities:

- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager

- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients

Develop industry expertise

Support Business Development efforts

People Management

- Be a strong team player

- Learn and develop team management skills
